iWantGreatCare has today awarded the Certificate of Excellence 2022 to leading nurses, clinicians and healthcare providers who received overwhelmingly positive feedback from patients on its review platform.
Recipients received certificates of recognition for providing “outstanding care” to their patients. Over 5.7 million patients chose to use the platform to review the care they received across the NHS and health care services in the UK, making it one of the largest independent sources of patient feedback in the world.
Since the start of the pandemic, the power of the patient voice and the respect and gratitude for the care they receive has been unprecedented. Having a place to share such experiences has been critical to ensuring that the patient voice is heard, and that feedback reaches healthcare providers who continue to provide excellent care during such uncertain times.
iWantGreatCare is awarding the Certificate of Excellence 2022 to healthcare providers who are consistently recommended and reviewed highly by their patients. Patients spoke of how they were treated with “empathy”, felt that they were “being listened to”, and were “made to feel safe” when leaving reviews for this years winners. This award is presented to leading clinicians, clinics and surgeries across the UK in recognition of the great care they deliver to their patients. .
