Consent to Varicose Vein Treatment Videos

All patients who appear in our videos have given specific consent to allow me to film their procedure. Some are happy to allow us to reveal their identity and show their faces, others prefer to remain anonymous. I am very mindful of patients’ privacy and dignity and I very grateful that they allow me to share a video of their experience.

Consent to Fillming

For interested members of the public, watching these videos can give them the confidence to go ahead with treatment themselves. They may be nervous and when they see how comfortable the procedure is and that the environment of the treatment room is “low key” and non-threatening, they are then able to “pluck up the courage” to make an appointment.

Thank you once again to the many patients who consent to filming. I am very grateful.

Contact me today for a confidential chat

If you’re worried about your veins and would like a confidential chat please do get in touch. I am happy to offer simple advice by telephone or email for free and without obligation.

The VeinCare Centre also offers a screening assessment with our vascular technologist. For £25 you can have a scan with Wendy Parsons. She is not a doctor and so she could not give you medical advice but she can check your deep veins and your varicose veins and give you an idea of how bad they are and whether laser might be suitable for you. If you would like to have an appointment with Wendy please call 01935 873 951
